CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Laser or skin treatments are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to be given for any appointment date change or cancellation.

If you change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment date, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee on your account.

In the case of prepaid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. In the case which a product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We do not refund for change of mind.

PREPAID LASER & SKIN TREATMENTS

There is no refund on prepays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.

When you go to purchase upfront packages (sale or full price) on laser or skin you are acknowledging that payments made towards these are NON-REFUNDABLE and non transferable.

Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18-month expiry date (10 or more treatments)

24 hours' notice a prepaid appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend the appointment, 1 prepaid treatment will be forfeited.

LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are running late to your appointment on the day, please note we will cut your treatment time and may reschedule to finish off your appointment another day where there is availability.
