• Apply Superfade 4 weeks prior to starting your treatment to prep 

• Avoid wearing tight clothing including tights or jeans to your appointment. We advise wearing cotton underwear and loose-fitting bottoms to allow the treated area to be comfortable or can wear a loose dress.

• Refrain from sexual activity and using tampons for at least one week prior to your treatment.

• If you are menstruating or are expected to get your monthly's we advise you to contact the clinic. 

• Avoid heat-based treatments (sauna/tanning bed) for two weeks prior.

• You must be on contraceptive medication throughout the whole process of your tightening journey and must not be wanting to conceive for the next 6-12 months​.

• Any discomfort is normal post-treatment and will subside

• Avoid heat exposure such as a hot shower or sauna at least five days

• Avoid excessive exercise such as sporting or gym 

• Refrain from sexual activity for at least 7-14 days post treatment

• Wear loose-fitting bottoms, skirt or dress to allow the treated area to be comfortable

• Be sure to keep the area clean

• Recommended to use QV wash (unscented) 24 hours post treatment and not to wet the area until 24 hours. 

• Apply Superfade 2 weeks after to prep for your next CO2 treatment
